The CodeXon blog.
Long-form writing from the studio: where CodeXon is going, how a project actually runs, and the decisions behind both. Plans are labelled as plans.

The next stage: where CodeXon is heading
A full account of how CodeXon s.r.o. plans to grow from a focused Bratislava coding studio into a product partner for companies across Europe — the five initiatives, the order they will happen in, the risks we accept and the numbers we will report against.
Five initiatives, one at a time.
Each initiative is written up on its own — what it solves, the first steps, and how we will know it worked. Statuses below are honest: none of them is finished.

Initiative 01 — Productised packages: a website you can buy without a long negotiation
Why CodeXon is turning its most requested work into three fixed-scope packages, what each one will contain, what it deliberately leaves out, and how a published price will be arrived at rather than invented.

Initiative 02 — Care and growth retainers: staying after launch
A website is not finished when it goes live. CodeXon is building a care model — monitoring, a monthly improvement slot and a clear response path — and setting out what it will and will not promise.

Initiative 03 — Platform practice: from websites to systems
Booking, procurement, portals and dashboards are not bigger websites. CodeXon is forming a discovery practice for web applications: data model, roles, integrations and a working prototype before anyone quotes a build.

Initiative 04 — International reach: working across the EU
CodeXon plans to work with companies beyond Slovakia in English and Slovak. Here is the unglamorous checklist that has to be true before that is responsible, and what we will not promise to a client in another country.

Initiative 05 — AI-assisted workflows, with a person at the end of the line
CodeXon already runs AI on its own site and plans to offer it to clients. This is the rule that governs where: useful, checked, and never presented as something it is not.

How we build: from first message to launch
A transparent look at the four steps every CodeXon project follows, what we ask before quoting, the quality bar we hold ourselves to, and what a client sees each week.

Who is CodeXon?
A Bratislava coding studio for websites, improvements and custom development — who we are, what we do, how we work, and the things we would rather not be hired for.
